We use both imaging and blood testing to screen.

Imaging:

• We scan for cancer (baseline cancer scan does not evaluate breast, prostate, colon), heart attack, stroke, aneurysm formation, etc.
• We also offer scans for specialized imaging for breast or prostate and colon, at an additional charge 

Laboratory:

• Our simple blood screens for circulating fragments of cancer DNA shed from the smallest tumors not detected by other methods. This test screens for 50 cancers.h as dental instruments, impression materials, orthodontic supplies, infection control products, and much more.

• One of our 3 board certified radiologists will be your point person for all your testing. You will have a face to face consultation in advance of your screening, and an in-person result review in our Manhattan office (or via telehealth if necessary).
• With your consent, we can work directly with your primary physician on your results. 
• We are also happy to provide second opinions on any previous scans.

• Yes, our MRI and MRA scans are safe and do not have radiation and do not have contrast dye injection. 
• Special Consideration - cardiac CT and lung CT - both of these tests use radiation. Cardiac CT uses radiation and dye to make sure there isn’t a blockage that could cause a heart attack. This test is additional but very powerful in the prevention of heart attacks.

• Should my kids do it if you find something in my blood test? 
  • No this test is not a genetic test - it's looking for small fragments of cancer DNA circulating in your bloodstream that are shed from the earliest lesions.
